Each training session is organized for maximum development:

Endurance, strength, and finishing strong

- Show discipline and focus
- Respect coaches and teammates
- Stay academically active

- Must attend at least 3 practices per week
- Missing practice may result in limited play time
- Must arrive on time and prepared
